In just two years, Hongrun has achieved rapid growth and has been recognized by multiple industry clients, receiving several hundred million US dollars in intent orders.
The initial product focus is on addressing drinking water safety for long-distance maritime voyages and front-line soldiers.
- Jointly with the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation and Tsinghua University, we supported the construction of a water-from-air school project in Ethiopia, providing clean drinking water for 5,106 Ethiopian primary school students.
- Plans to collaborate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant departments to build water infrastructure for over 5 million children.
- Intent to launch a strategic cooperation with Transsion Holdings for the pre-research and development of consumer-grade new products, targeting low-price markets like Africa and India.
- Intent to form a strategic partnership with Donlim on consumer-grade water-from-air products for sale in high-end markets like Europe and the United States.
- Has signed/are negotiating distributor contracts to cooperate under a distribution model, with target regions including South America, the Middle East, South Africa, and the Taiwan region of China.
- Cooperation with the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) on an "engineering product category A1000 and above" project. Plans to deploy an integrated, smart, zero-carbon "PV + direct drinking water" project at the Tarawa Central Hospital in Kiribati. The configuration includes 4 sets of equipment in containerized water rooms, complemented by a rooftop PV system with an installed capacity of 17.6 kW and a battery storage capacity of 76.8 kWh.
- Strategic cooperation with China Aerospace Automobile Co., Ltd., jointly researching and developing small-scale military air-to-water generators and establishing military centralized procurement channels.
- Strategic partnership with Roya Strategic Partners L.L.C. (RSP), affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) in the Middle East, for a large-scale air-to-water generator agricultural irrigation project. The total project value is USD 110 million over two years.
- Mowah, established in 2002, is one of Saudi Arabia's largest infrastructure and utility companies, undertaking numerous urban construction, water, and power projects in the Kingdom. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed with Hongrun Company.
Collaboration on MOF material applications has been initiated with leading enterprises across various sectors. In the home appliances sector: Roborock, Sanchuan Technology, Haier Air Conditioning, and Joyoung Electric. In the hydrogen energy sector: CICHydrogen, Sungrow Hydrogen, and HyEnergy Hydrogen. In carbon capture: Huaneng Clean Energy Research Institute. For the North American market: cooperation initiated with Amazon Data Centers.
